By accessing and using HireLoop, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service. We reserve the right to make changes to these terms at any time without notice.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your credentials or account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use HireLoop for any unlawful purposes or in any way that could damage or interfere with our service. This includes harassment, discrimination, defamation, or any activity that violates applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Billing and Payment

By selecting a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the selected subscription. Billing occurs monthly or annually based on your plan selection. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your access to HireLoop will be immediately revoked, and any data associated with your account may be deleted after a 30-day retention period.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HireLoop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
